- Contact information you provide — such as your name, email address, and phone number when you inquire about a home, become a client, or work with us as a subcontractor or employee.
- Project information — details related to your home build, selections, and schedule.
- Basic website data — our hosting providers may log standard technical data (such as IP address and pages visited) to operate and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our homebuilding, scheduling, and warranty services.
- To send service communications — for example, scheduling confirmations by text message to our subcontractors and field staff who have provided their number and consented to receive them.
- To meet legal, safety, and warranty obligations.
Text messaging
Our SMS program sends scheduling confirmations and reminders to subcontractors and employees who provide their mobile number during onboarding. Message frequency varies with your work schedule. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages themselves (our messaging service provider) or as required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, email, and messaging providers), with professionals involved in your project (such as lenders or closing attorneys, at your direction), or as required by law.
