Rezide Properties has partnered with Quality Builders Warranty (QBW), the nation's premier provider of 10-year home warranty services, backed by Liberty Mutual. QBW partners exclusively with builders who demonstrate an established reputation of integrity and superior craftsmanship — a standard we're proud to build to every day.
Rezide Properties is now enrolled in the QBW warranty program. Homes that closed on or before January 2026, or that are located in non-participating neighborhoods, may not be enrolled in QBW coverage.
