Two builders, one standard
Tony Perry has been building homes since 1978. He founded his first homebuilding company in 1989 and went on to build more than 1,200 homes in Woodstock’s Towne Lake community alone — along with office spaces and commercial work across greater Atlanta.
Chris LaFaive earned his builder’s license at nineteen in Michigan and spent his first years framing houses in northern winters. The two met during the housing downturn, far from a job site — and when the market came back, Tony asked Chris to build with him. Rezide Properties was born, and Chris has run the day-to-day of every build since.
Today the Rezide team builds move-in ready homes and custom estates across North Georgia — Woodstock, Lake Arrowhead, and Big Canoe — with the same rule on every lot: build it like a neighbor is watching. Because one usually is.
