Katie has been with Rezide for 10 years and has worn quite a few hats along the way. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Policy and a minor in Communications. She started as an Administrative Assistant, helped with bookkeeping, then moved into the Controller role, followed by Purchasing, and now serves as Vice President of Production.

She truly loves her job and the team. Rezide has continually given her opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, which has helped shape her into the leader she is today.

Outside of work, Katie is married to Aaron, and they have a 3½-year-old son and a goldendoodle named Nahla. She loves spending time with her family, hot yoga, reading, traveling, and finding new projects to take on — because apparently, she does not know how to sit still at work or at home!

Aaron joined the Rezide team in 2019 after he and his wife Katie had the opportunity to build their dream home through Rezide. During the building process, Aaron learned that his diverse background in business management, logistics, and the arts had prepared him for the challenge of building a custom home. At completion, he felt he had finally found the creative outlet he spent the first 15 years of his work life looking for.

Aaron loves working with clients to craft their dream into reality. His clients appreciate his eye for design, his passion for building, and his attention to detail. Building a custom home comes with challenges, but he can often be heard saying that the process should be fun and as pain-free as possible for the clients we work with!

Outside of work, you can find Aaron enjoying life with his wife Katie and their 3-year-old son in Downtown Woodstock. He loves hanging with friends around town and going to concerts regularly — and if you catch him on their golf cart, you can’t miss the giant smile on his face.

Patti has been a licensed Real Estate Agent and Broker since 1986 and has loved helping people find the perfect place to call home throughout her 40-year career. She believes buying a home is about finding a place where families can build memories and truly be happy.

Since 1999, Patti has worked alongside her husband, Tony Perry, marketing and selling new homes. They are passionate about making the home-buying experience enjoyable, personal, and rewarding.

Patti loves spending time on the lake boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. She also enjoys yoga, staying active, and being outdoors. Most of all, she’s a proud grandma to two wonderful grandchildren who keep her smiling every day.

David says that every day he learns something new. After 25+ years in the corporate world, he discovered construction and loves it. Rezide has given him the opportunity to learn single-family homesite development, and the growth and learning never stop.

Outside of work, David spends his time with his wife, five adult children, and ten grandchildren.

Before joining Rezide Properties, Jennifer spent 15 years in healthcare, where she took care of patients as well as the people who took care of patients. She has a Bachelor’s degree and three Master’s degrees.

Some interesting things from her past: she co-founded a student organization in college, performed cultural dances at multiple international festivals, and served as an Officer in the US Navy. According to her, she is married to the most interesting man in the world and is a mother to three of the most amazing girls ever. While most days are extremely busy for her, she enjoys traveling, reading, painting, and cooking.

Aliecia joined Rezide Properties in 2018. Although she originally planned to pursue a career in art after graduating from Reinhardt University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Digital Art, she discovered a passion for the construction industry after joining Rezide as Tony Perry’s assistant. She later moved into Accounts Payable before becoming Purchasing Manager in 2022 — a role she truly enjoys because it offers new challenges and opportunities to learn every day.

Outside of work, Aliecia loves spending time with her husband and family, reading, watercolor painting, watching scary movies, playing games like Catan and Mahjong, and relaxing with a glass of wine. She also shares her home with one dog, three cats, and a tortoise named Shermie.

Rachel attended the University of Alabama before spending many years in the hospitality industry. She later transitioned into the construction field, gaining experience in infrastructure, roofing, and plumbing before joining Rezide.

Outside of work, Rachel loves spending time with her family, traveling, swimming, fishing, attending live music events, trying new restaurants, and being around animals. She enjoys being outdoors, exploring new places, and making memories with the people she loves.

Olivia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Brenau University in 2024. She is passionate about creating homes that are both beautiful and functional, believing that thoughtful design enhances the way people live every day.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys decorating, painting, embroidering, and spending time with family and friends.

Crissy graduated in 2018 with a degree in Hospitality, which laid the groundwork for a career centered on service, communication, and building strong relationships. Rezide Properties marks her first role in property management and home building, and it’s been a rewarding opportunity to grow within the industry — she’s learned a great deal in a short time, with plenty more ahead.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Crissy trying out a new restaurant, playing a round of cornhole, spending more money than she probably should at TJ Maxx, or simply enjoying time with friends and family.

Brendan started with Rezide Properties as a punch-out specialist and worked his way up to become part of the builder team. He comes from a carpentry background and loves to be hands-on in the field. Brendan has a work ethic that is rare these days and blends the field and administrative management required to complete projects successfully and with ease.

His teammates love his do-anything-to-help-the-team attitude. He is a dependable source for the entire team on construction matters and does not hesitate to drop what he is working on to help a teammate.

Outside of work, he indulges in hobbies such as pool, golf, and chess. Brendan can’t wait for football season to root for his teams — the Detroit Lions and, of course, the Georgia Bulldogs!

Colin’s career with Rezide has been impressive. In his time with Rezide, Colin has been the project manager on well over $20 million worth of projects. He brings to his communities a strong on-site work ethic, a caring attitude toward all of our customers, and a desire to have everyone — from our customers to our trade partners — enjoy their time during the build.

When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with his fiancée, Cheyenne, and hanging out with their animals. He likes to watch movies and shows and play video games — and he loves to skateboard if he has any extra free time on his hands!

Caleb is committed to delivering quality homes through innovation, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. He believes that building strong relationships with clients is just as important as building exceptional homes, and strives to provide clear communication, trust, and a positive experience throughout every project.

Driven by integrity, growth, and excellence, Caleb is dedicated to exceeding expectations while continually developing his skills and contributing to the success of every home he builds.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys golf, playing video games with friends, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two dogs.

Before joining Rezide, Parker owned and operated a home inspection company for five years and a small fence company for three years, giving him a strong background in residential construction and helping homeowners. Parker loves crafting quality homes, which you can see in his attention to detail, organization, and commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys spending time with his wife, Maggie, and their one-year-old daughter. They are also looking forward to welcoming their second child in February 2027. Whether he’s making memories with his family, taking a vacation, or spending a day on the golf course, Parker enjoys making the most of his time away from work.
