Take advantage of that new kitchen – Bake cookies
For friends, for Santa, for the mail carrier – anyone and everyone! If you’re living in a Rezide home, the beautiful new kitchen – with its quartz countertops and stainless-steel oven – is like an open invitation to cook and bake! Whether you have a favorite cookie recipe that’s been passed down from your family or are looking to try something new, nothing says warm holiday spirit quite like the smell of fresh-baked cookies at home – and the joy you spread by sharing them with friends and family!
Take a Hot Chocolate Stroll
At Rezide Properties, we love living in Woodstock, GA! The city dresses up with lights and really shines in December. Start a new tradition with your family and friends: bundle up in your favorite coat and scarf, grab a thermos of hot chocolate, and take a stroll around downtown Woodstock in the evening. Enjoy the lights and sights, and pop into a few stores along the way to warm up (and get a little of your holiday shopping done).

Let your new house shine – Decorate everything
For a new twist on a holiday favorite, add a few extra twinkle lights to both the inside and outside of your home this year. We’re not advocating for a National Lampoons Christmas Vacation style home (of course, if that’s your thing, more power to you!), but add a strand to your patio (one of the best features of our new Westown homes) to bring a smile to your face each time you come home.
Twinkle lights are also a great way to add some extra holiday sparkle to your spacious family room. With our popular open floor plans, lights in the family room can be appreciated in the dining area and kitchen, too!

Of course, the best part of the holiday season is all the extra time we spend with family and friends! What better way to introduce your loved ones to your new home than with a little Christmas get-together! Open floorplans and big kitchen islands are perfect for entertaining, so set out some of those cookies you’ve made, turn on the twinkle lights, and spend some quality time with your family and friends in the most comfortable of places: your beautiful new home.
