What a year! As 2021 draws to a close and we reflect on all that we’ve experienced and learned, we want to share some of what we’ve accomplished this year. Our homebuilding team has worked hard and stayed busy – and we’ve grown! We’ve built beautiful new homes in scenic and fun locations, and we’re already looking forward to the exciting new projects that await us in 2022.
New Neighborhoods
This year, we built homes in FIVE new neighborhoods – Westown in Woodstock, Marina Parc, The Golf Villas, The Woodlands, and Park Overlook at Lake Arrowhead! And the icing on the cake? We will be closing, by year end, on perfectly situated new property in downtown Woodstock that we can’t wait to tell you more about!
New in Woodstock
One of our most exciting accomplishments this year was watching residents begin to move into our new homes in Westown in downtown Woodstock. This new neighborhood features two- and three-bedroom homes quietly tucked away on a beautiful suburban street… just steps from the city’s entertainment district. Tired after work and don’t want to cook dinner? Easy – walk to Pure, Salt, or any other of the fabulous culinary options nearby. Want to meet up with a friend on Saturday? Enjoy the quiet of the Park at City Center or head over to Reformation for a beer. It’s a community where you really can have it all!
And if you missed your chance at Westown or you’re looking for a mixed-use commercial space, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be building 12 new master-on-main floorplans and 8 commercial/residential units at Adyn Park and Main beginning in 2022. Stay tuned for more details – we’re excited about this one!
New homes at Lake Arrowhead in Waleska
Another big accomplishment this year: We completed our first several homes at Lake Arrowhead!
Right now, we’re building picturesque villas with marina and golf views, as well as master on main single family homes with oversized windows for abundant natural light. These homes offer resort style living in a truly special North Georgia community and are perfect for full-time residents and vacation-homeowners alike!
Custom Home Projects
We love each opportunity we get to build a custom home! By their nature—custom—we’re building something that reflects where individuals or families are in their lives on a real custom level. This year, we worked on EIGHT custom homes in Woodstock, Holly Springs, Adairsville, Marietta, and Kennesaw, ranging from $500K to $1.5M. We can’t wait to update you as some of these homes continue to take shape!
Our Homebuilding Team (and Office Space) Grew
…by a lot! This year, we added EIGHT new staff members and builders to our team (our Rezide family, as we like to call it). We couldn’t be more excited about this great group of professionals. Our talented team pairs hard-won experience with youthful energy and it results in thoughtfully designed, beautiful homes.
And on a personal note, we had the opportunity to build our very own office space this year. We recently moved in to 213 Arnold Mill Road—right in downtown Woodstock—and we couldn’t be happier!
