Rezide Properties is proud to introduce Aaron Hebel as our VP of Luxury Homes. Aaron brings a diverse background ranging from the arts to business management to hands on construction experience. This collaboration of Tony’s vast experience coupled with Aaron’s passion for design and thoughtful attention to detail makes for an incredible experience. The Design and Building Process for Our Custom Homes
When we build a new construction home, we prioritize our future homeowner and the relationship we build together. As you move from dreaming to designing to building your new home, we commit to making the process fun and enjoyable, every step of the way. Here’s a short version of what the process looks like:
Initial Consultation: We’ll start by discussing the scope of your new home, your budget, and the location. Proper lot fit is key when designing a home that lives well and builds efficiently.
Design Phase: Over three to five meetings, we’ll work hand in hand with you to create a home design that fits your lot, is on budget, and that you can be proud of.
Cost, Contract, and Financing: We lean on our 35+ years of building experience and recent data to create an initial budget. Even in these somewhat-volatile times, we can use this data to establish a fairly accurate financial picture that will allow us to move more quickly through the process. We have a wide range of bank vendor relationships that we can help you with when it comes to funding the build of your new dream home.
Permitting: Once we’ve signed off on the construction drawings and solidified the budget, we’ll submit for the building permit. Please allow an average of 30 to 60 days for approval depending on the municipality and complexity of your project.
Construction Schedule: As soon as the permits and financing are approved, we’ll begin construction! Your Building Specialist will develop a schedule that includes initial dates for completion and a schedule for the finalization of any remaining selections.
Customer Walks: We’ll work with you to schedule our five homeowner walks —Foundation, Pre-mechanical, Pre-drywall, Quality Control, and Post CO walk. These walks are key in our process to verify your home is built right! In these walks we will verify selections, identify any outstanding issues, and introduce you to the features you will be enjoying day to day.
Our Current New Construction Custom Home Projects
Our custom homes represent the very best of luxury living. We’re currently building houses in both Cobb and Cherokee County, with three under construction in downtown Woodstock! Our current projects vary from 4 to 7 bedroom homes, 2200sqft to 12000+ sqft, and are each designed to fit our homebuyers’ preferences and lot. We pride ourself on our modern design and are currently building everything from a more urban look to a rural horse farm.
