Rezide Properties Builder, Tony Perry, Celebrates Ribbon-Cutting at
Woodstock City Homes in Downtown Woodstock
WOODSTOCK, GA (March 23, 2017) – Local builder and co-owner of Rezide Properties, Tony Perry, announced today the grand opening of Woodstock City Homes with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new neighborhood is Rezide’s first construction in downtown Woodstock and Perry is naming the main road “Sessions Street” to honor Pam Sessions, a key influencer in the growth of downtown Woodstock.
“Pam Sessions and her husband Don Donnelly came into Woodstock and got together with our former planning commissioner, Richard McLeod, and city officials like Brian Stockton, Andres Duany and Lou Oliver to design this great place to live. And the truth is, it’s unique,” Perry said.
After building in Towne Lake for 29 years, Perry and his new partners are excited to bring their talent to downtown Woodstock. All of Perry’s upcoming and current developments are “walkable” to downtown, with projects going up at Rusk, Rope Mill, Fowler Street and Woodstock City Homes on Arnold Mill Road.
