Go Boating – If you’re living next to a lake this beautiful, you should obviously spend some time out there enjoying it! Whether you choose to set sail (the Kingdom Yachts Sailing Club teaches lessons!), relax on a pontoon boat, or explore by kayak, a day on the lake is our favorite way to spend summer time!
Play Golf – Residents at Lake Arrowhead have access to the championship Highlands Course! With full-service practice facilities, including a driving range, Lake Arrowhead homeowners have easy, fun recreation right in their own backyard (some literally!).
Go for a Hike – If you’re looking for a little adventure, Lake Arrowhead has miles of hiking trails! From bicycle friendly paths with exquisite lake views to more moderate climbs through exposed rocks, there are a variety of trails to explore and experience.
Fish – Residents looking for a little quiet outdoor time may be interested in fishing at Lake Arrowhead, the cleanest lake in Georgia. In the lake, you can find bluegill, channel catfish, walleye, and large mouth bass, among others.
Visit Waleska – The Lake Arrowhead community is located only a few miles outside the charming town of Waleska. Home to Reinhardt University, Waleska has a small, college-town feel with outsized cultural opportunities. Residents can spend a night out shopping, dining, or taking in performance at the college’s Falany Performing Arts Center.
